Elementary School Students Witness Teacher Get Stabbed To Death During Recess (News Video)

The school week was coming to an end for students of the Huntington Academy in Long Beach,California this past Friday afternoon when a dozen or so of them had the misfortune of witnessing a horrific act that they'll most likely never forget.
53 year old Kelleye Taylor was a teacher at the school and had her students across the street at Orizaba Park for recess around 1:30 in the afternoon.
As she watched the children play, a man approached and stabbed her in the neck,, killing her.
That man was 50 year old Steven Brown, the father of Taylor's grandchildren.
Taylor's younger sister ,Pamela Huffman, said that Taylor had custody of those grandchildren and it created an ugly issue between her and Brown which ultimately ended tragically.
After Taylor was stabbed, some of the children ran back to the school and told Huffman, whose family owns and operates the school.
“How could they do something like this in front of these babies,” Huffman said. “All I could do was run to her. I saw her slip away. I knew she wasn’t going to make it.”
Taylor was a teacher and aide who taught at all levels of the small K-6 school.
“What am I going to tell my mother?” Huffman said. The women’s mother is Carrie Bryant, the director of the school who also owns Creative Arts Preschool.
Huffman said Taylor has three children and a husband.Full StoryVideo Source
