Bobby Shmurda Says He Wants To Leave Epic Records

DETAILS INSIDE

Bobby Shmurda
has been very vocal about his feelings towards his label Epic Records lately, last week in the interview with Billboard, Shmurda claimed that his label haven't supported him at all during his stay in jail. In a new interview with The New York Times, Bobby has expressed interest in leaving his deal with Epic Records.
“I’m going to try my best to go back on the deal,”  of his disappointment with EPIC. “If not, I’ll give them their music and bounce.” said Shmurda.
Bobby's lawyer Matthew Middleton stated that he wants out of his contract, he questioned the loyalty of his label because they refused to put up any money towards his $2 Million Bail last month.

“These companies for years have capitalized and made millions and millions of dollars from kids in the inner city portraying their plight to the rest of the world. To take advantage of that and exploit it from a business standpoint and then turn your back is disingenuous, to say the least"
suggesting that EPIC had “made their money back at least two or three times over" said Bobby's lawyer Matthew Middleton.
