Hot 97 personality Miss Info discuss 50 Cent's ban from the radio station's annual concert, Summer Jam. Back in 2004, the hip-hop mogul was involved in a chair-throwing with a group in the front row, which was revealed to be former G-Unit associate Bang Em Smurf. This year's Summer Jam will finally see 50's return.
"I think that even for this year, there's so many back stories, really rich back stories from 50," Miss Info says. "This is his first time being on the Summer Jam stage since he was banned, and we all remember very vividly when he was banned, and chairs being thrown and the craziness...So it's like, what is he gonna do?"
Later, she talks about Nicki Minaj's return after she refused to perform in 2012, following personality Peter Rosenberg dissing her on-stage earlier in the show.
