A Fayetville, North Carolina police officer is caught on tape arresting a man namedXstrav for trespassing after he refused to hand over his can of Arizona Iced Tea.
Xstrav was waiting for a friend outside of an ABC Liquor store when an undercover cop walks up and demands to know what he's drinking. X shows him the can's label, but refuses to hand it over to the officer, who up until that point had not shown anything identifying himself as a policeman.
After a back and forth exchange of words the cop tells X he needs to leave the property because he is trespassing. When X doesn't leave right away the cop wrestles him to the ground and places him under arrest.
