Young Vito Found Not Guilty In The Murder Of Brick Squad's Slim Dunkin




A Fulton County jury found Young Vito not guilty of murdering Brick Squad Monopolyrapper Slim Dunkin today.

Vito, real name Vinson Hardimon, and Dunkin, real name Mario Hamilton, got into an altercation at an Atlanta recording studio in December 2011. Vito reportedly retrieved a gun and shot Dunkin who was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he died.

Vito fled, but was eventually apprehended.and held without bond.

The jury started deliberating the case Friday

Although he was found not guilty of murder, Vito was convicted of aggravated assault and possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony. He was sentenced to the maximum of 25 years in prison by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Craig Schwall, according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution.
