Katt Williams Drives Down Wrong Side Of The Road While Leading Sacramento Police On Wild Chase. Comedian Being Sued For Bizarre Oakland Perfomance

Katt Williams had another run in with the police on Sunday. According to TMZ, the troubled 39-year old comedian led police on a wild chase while riding a three-wheeled motorcycle.

Katt reportedly drove on the wrong side of the road at times during the chase. At one point he took off his helmet and yelled to the police that he wasn't going to stop.

Police eventually called off the chase for safety reasons. They plan to ask the D.A. to charge Williams with felony evasion.

Katt is also facing a legal hurdle for his meltdown during a show earlier this month atOakland's Oracle Arena. As we previously reported, during his time onstage Katt acted like he was on drugs, cursed out audience members and challenged one to a fight before being dragged off the stage.

Too Short grabbed the mic after Katt's exit and said the comedian was high and there was no other way to explain it.

35-year-old Brian Herline, of Modesto, is seeking class-action certification in an effort to get ticket money back for all audience members. Herline says hundreds of fans were left disappointed after Katt's outrageous performance.

Herline said he and other fans had expected Williams to perform on Nov. 16.

"Instead, after a short series of bizarre events onstage, in which Williams confronted a heckler, took his clothes off and attempted to fight at least three audience members, the 'act' abruptly ended after 10 minutes," the suit said. "In sum, Williams failed to perform."

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, it's the second lawsuit filed against Katt inAlameda County.
