When Nia Amey got pregnant with Chris Brown's daughter, Royalty, she was married to a man named Terry Avery, albeit separated .

Avery knew the baby wasn't his so he filed for divorce from Nia in 2014 after 11 years or marriage

The two have a 13-year old daughter together, so like any dad Avery is understandably protective. When he found out Brown was the father of 9-month old Royalty he reached out to TMZ to issue a warning to the "Dueces" hit maker.

Avery says he's aware of Chris' notorious temper and advises him not to lose it around Nia and his family or face the repercussions.
