There are things you can do to to alter your looks that you can never come back from. For 37-year old Henry Damon that's perfectly OK.

Damon wanted to look like Marvel super villain Red Skull. To achieve his goal he had part of his nose removed, implanted several subdermal implants into his forehead, dyed his eyes and topped that off with and assortment of tattoos.

The results were freakish to say the least. Check out a few photos of Damon's transformation above and below.
