SHOTS: Fabolous Avoids Gunshots At New York's La Marina!

Fabolous may no longer have plans to hit up La

 Marina all summer. The rapper managed to stay out

 of the way of gunshots Sunday night while hanging at 

the popular restaurant when a fight broke. 

As a result security guard Andrew Tolbert was shot in

 the neck. The 27-year-old was hit right before

 midnight while he tried to restrain the two fighting 

parties. According to police no one else was injured

 and only one shot was fired.

The cops currently have no suspects or motives. La 

Marina, located on Dyckman St. and the Hudson River 

is spot frequented by a lot of celebrities including Jay

 Z, Beyoncé, Kevin Hart and Leonardo DiCaprio.
