Arkansas Employer Arrested, Charged With Murder Of Ernest Hoskins, Jr. [VIDEO]

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Ernest Hoskins Jr., a 21-year-old man from North Little Rock, is shot and killed two weeks ago.  His family is still demanding answers about his death.

"That was my son. Never made Mama cry. Never made me cry until now. He wasn't here to see that," Monica Hoskins said.

Monica Hoskins and her daughter-in-law Nikki of only four months share their grief over the loss of Ernest.
"So I went from planning a wedding to planning a funeral in a matter of hours," Ernest's wife, Nikki, said.
But what makes their grief more unbearable: They say investigators know who killed the 21-year-old but haven't made an arrest.
On November 9th, Ernest went to his boss's house for a company meeting.  According to the family, the boss -- whom we won't name because he has not been charged -- shot Ernest in the jaw and killed him.  Other employees say they witnessed the shooting, and they say the boss admitted to it!
"Imagine if this was your husband that got shot point blank range and you have witnesses and you have confessions but the killer walks free?" said Benjamin Crump, the family's attorney.
State police have helped with the investigation and will only say the following: "At this time, the case file remains in an active status."
"In what jurisdiction in America is that not enough evidence not to arrest the shooter. It just boggles the mind," Crump said.
If Benjamin Crump rings a bell, that's because he represented the family of Trayvon Martin, the unarmed Florida teen who died at the hand of neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman.
"When you confess to murder, you don't go home. You don't get a get out of jail free card. You go to jail!" said Nikki Hoskins.
The family hopes Crump -- and the media attention he brings -- helps bring them justice.
