"Take Dat, Take Dat" Lawsuit against P Diddy Dismissed In "Empress" Perfume Case! Details Inside!!!

The Lawsuit against Sean P Diddy Combs over the use of the name "Empress" has been dismissed!

AllHipHop has reported that Empress Haircare Products' claim against Diddy & his Sean John Clothing Company was nullified on Wednesday October, 3rd.

The lawsuit which was originally filed in January 2012; claimed that reps for Sean John confronted the haircare products company to clear the trademark for a proposed Empress Line of perfume with intentions to launch.

Empress Haircare Products refused to grant Sean John the rights. According to the lawsuit; Diddy went ahead using the name anyway.

The lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice, which means that the case will most likely not be able to be retried.
