Manny Pacquiao Speaks to MTV News on Future Promotion Company with 50 Cent

Promoting his Decemeber 8th fourth fight with longtime rival Juan Manuel Márquez at a press conference in NY's Edison Ballroom, boxer Manny Pacquiao aka Pac-Man was stopped by MTV News with questions about his promotion company in the making with hip hop tycoon 50 Cent.

"I love music, and he likes boxing also," said Pac-Man to MTV News when speaking of the rapper. "We're talking about that ane we're discussing. We didn't finalize yet because I'm so busy right now and he's busy right now."

It was clear that the boxer had his upcoming fight on the membrane so luckily MTV News was able to get more information from his business advisor Michael Koncz.

After almost two months of conversing with FIf, Koncz believes the promotion company will become a reality.

"I think we're going to end up doing something together before the year is out," said Koncz.

Not being a newbie to the boxing arena, Fif has managed to develop a strong bond with world renowned boxer Floyd Mayweather.

It has been rumored that the two recently had a sizzling feud. In addition, it was said the disagreement was in part due to the rappers dealing with Pac-Man.

Last week, 50 cent tried clearing the gossip on Power 105's Breakfast Club when saying that he and Floyd still remain friends.

Koncz also said no beef was ignited because of Pac-Man and that Floyd has always been invited to join the possible business venture.

"Floyd is always welcome, if we put this together, the door will always be open for Floyd to join in...initially it was 50 Cent, Floyd and Manny," said Koncz.

The business advisor foresees pay-per-view events with not only boxing but mini-concerts too. However, these are just ideas for now.

Pac-Man remains optimistic about a dream-match between him and Mayweather that could make millions.
